Lifetime license for the xF1 version yes.
The xF2 version is a totally recoded version and could be considered as a new product.
Plus, the xF1 version wasn't a lifetime license but with yearly renewal.
That still does not address why you are giving your customers the cold shoulder and treating them as if they never purchased anything from you.
That is non sequitur because once someone switches and buys into the Xenforo 2.0 ecosystem, they won't ever again use the 1.0 version anyways.

why are you not ported to xenforo 2.1?
Because the amount of work required to port this add-on has been judged too important compared to how it sold for xF1.
Yes, I even tried making a special permission group and nothing.
Please let me know what information you need to proceed.
