Corrected bugs:

• Anyone could edit MOTM parameters in the album
• Vote icon or link displayed on media user had already voted for

New features:

• Mode 1 can now be configured either fully manually (as currently) or to start on 1st day of month and finish on last day of month (new, only number of days to submit is configurable)
• Sliding top notification upon successfull vote
• Identification for the user of the media(s) he voted for through:
  • Replacement of the vote button by an hearth icon in album view
  • Replacement of vote button by a textual indication in media view
• Capability to unvote for media (permission based)

Corrected bugs:

• Editing a media from an MOTM album leads to a duplicate user submission's message to be posted when the warn user submission is active
