if someone has purchased there resources and if resources has been removed or deleted. The item should remain active in paid contents As I do known when someone purchased the resource and the file gotten deleted or removed unfortunately there purchased won’t be download and removed

I would like to prevent sellers or block sellers from selling there resources if the monthy invoices is not paid on time! As you may known there are some sellers won’t pay there monthly invoices on time..?
