Support Resolved Add on not working

Hello,

I have set up the PPC.configuration.php.txt as instructed, also set up my PayPal business account as instructed, gave myself permissions (administrator) and allowed sales in a particular form, but when attempting to buy the product, clicking the button directs me to a blank page. Also the button is in an odd place, can it be positioned elsewhere like in the thread perhaps?

I didn't see that in the instructions, so now I have removed the extension, but there are 2 files of the same name, do I delete the .txt version? Also, after the change and trying to purchase the item I get this - see screen shot.

Yes indeed you have to remove the .txt file.

Do you have any error in the error logs of xf ?

Hum would be odd that the code produces error with that version.
Would it be possible to get access to your ftp + an admin account to try to find the error on your setup as I am not able to reproduce ?

Or try to guide you through debugging live ?

I'm sure that the files were uploaded correctly. If needed I guess I could give you FTP access. I will give you admin access for now on the site and perhaps you can see something there. I will send the info via conversation to you.
 
Surely but this is to perform some live debug so I really need them.
Will be off as we go for lunch to friends but will check when back home.

I will try to debug (hoping the credentials you gave me are still active) on your site as I can't reproduce.
