For affiliate payouts, I have a small improvement suggestion that could make the process cleaner and easier.
Instead of manually marking payouts as paid and sending money separately, it could work as an actual order/payment. The affiliate would add their PayPal email, and the payout would be handled as if I’m purchasing something from them, generating an invoice automatically.
The order could be named “Affiliate Commission”, with a description like “Affiliate commission for marketing and promotion services.”
