Suggestion Allow Resource Name to Be Displayed in PayPal Order Info

In the PayPal order details, the Item Name field currently displays the order ID. I'd like an option to display the resource name instead, making it clearer for both sellers and buyers

As for the other one your request is valid only for one item sales.

It could be that if multiple resources were purchased it lists their names

While it’s not an issue for the alert. Here it could be, I am not sure if there is a limitation on the data input size.
