Are the tags created automatically or do I have to manual approve each and every suggestion?

Hello,
Currently, it's not fully automated.
Meaning it suggests the number of tags you select based on words occurence and then you can either click on the button to apply or untick checkbox for a row if you don't agree with the suggestions and don't want to apply for that one in particular.
Though if you see it another way I am open for suggestions.

Do I have to go through all 148 pages of suggested tags or can I just save it after the first page and only the first page gets tags added?
I don't want to go through all suggestions and deselect them.
