Can´t install

Hello,

I am using XenForo version 2.3.9 and unfortunately I am unable to install the plugin. I am receiving the following message:

You have to install our Core addon freely downloadable in our shop.

But even if you do it seems there is an issue, another customer reported it.

I am on holidays this week so I’ll check it out when I get back.
