Support No Answer Cannot Download Addon

I purchased this addon, and when I attempt to license it to my domain name, I receive the error: "Invalid domain name provided, site is either not reachable or is blacklisted. If you disagree with that, contact the administrator of the website." -- I have owned the domain name I am using for years and it has no reason to be blacklisted. Therefore, I am prevented from using an add-on I legitimately purchased.

Update: That domain name *IS* associated with an old account I have on this forum, @shiro, which I did not realize I still had. I go by Naia now.
