Suggestion Challenge other clubs

Hello,

As this works with the tournaments add-on, I think it would be a really cool idea if there was a challenge club button. The challenge button should only be used by the club owner and co-owner, and only the owner and co-owner should be able to accept or decline the challenge.

Also, I think we should be able to choose if we want to notify selected user groups once a challenge has been accepted by both parties so we can organise it.

Challenging, you mean only 1 team vs 1 team ?

Regarding the notifications, I am not sure to see the need, challenging means create a private tournament with another team so there are notifications related to tournament already.

Yeah, so 1 team can challenge another team and they have their own private tournament.

The notification would alert someone who isn't in either team i.e me, so I can set the battles up on another platform. Only I can set the battles up off the forums, but we are hosting the tournaments on the forums with the XFA Tournaments add-on. That's why it would be nice if I received a notification when 1 team challenges and the other accepts.

Well organizing the tournament as I said through invite is something I can add to the core.

However that kind of modification you ask for notifications is very specific and doesn't really have room in the add-on.

Id love to see a Challenge ladder competition similar to what GameSpy Arena used to be.

You could challenge the two teams ranked above you, they could accept/decline the challenge, etc.
