Bug No Answer Cloudflare issue

There seems to be a cloudflare issue. Whenever I start the tag generator, cloudflare returns a "Error 520 - Web server is returning an unknown error". But when investigating the error in my server console, there is no error being logged. I can see the request with a 200 - but that´s all. Anyone else has seen such a behaviour before?

I know, that´s why I had hopes someone else had this issue before. Seems the cloudflare response never hits the server and that´s why there is no entry in the error log. Cloudflare is extremly helpful with that..not.
