Support Resolved Commision paying

Hello, I made a sale for example, below.
The buyer will pay to Paypal 339 - 23,73(7%) = 315,27, that is very clear.
My question is, what happens with the 23,73 (7%) commission?
Who and how will be paid this commission?

I failed to see this message, sorry.

The commission is paid alongside, we are using paypal parallel payments feature.
So basically when someone purchases, both the seller and site admin receive money.
