Is there an option to purchase copyright removal for RM Marketplace?

My business partner and I looked on the site and on the add-on page but couldn't find anything related to copyright removal.

Where do I send the payment? I would like to remove the branding also. Are there any special instructions for removing it or is it just a simple template/phrase edit?

I found the email. I just sent payment and put my username and license url in the payment notes.
