Bug Fixed Covers in mobile mode

Hi,

This could be sent as Suggestion too, but because logically it is a must have, then I reported it as bug.

The problem is: When we resize the browser, or visit the site with mobile, the cover (all parts, profile, thread, forum, sc, ams, and ...) although resizes its wrapper to fit the screen, but it doesn't resize the cover image to show it completely. It shows just a small part of cover image.

Covers are mostly containing info designed on them. So when it shows a small part of it in mobile, then it will be bad. Hope to get it fixed in next updates.

Let me explain it with some screenshots.

This is how my profile cover looks in desktop:

See how nice and complete is the cover image. But this is how it looks in mobile or low window size of browser:

You can see this Gif what I mean that happens while we resize the browser.

In fact, it should break the image. It should show the image completely and nice in appropriate size. Not just showing a different part of it based on the window size.
