Bug Duplicate Jan 1, 1970 Refunded Entries Created in Purchase Tab

I’ve noticed this happening for as long as I’ve been using the addon, whenever a purchase is made, it creates a duplicate entry in the Purchase tab inside each resource (not the seller dashboard). The duplicate always has the date Jan 1, 1970 and shows as refunded, even though the actual purchase was successful

It doesn't seem to cause any technical issues that I can see, so it might just be a visual or display bug. But the list of these entries is growing massively over time, so it would be appreciated if we can investigate this problem <3

I don't think I have access, I'm not sure where to look for that tho if I were to check
