Bug Fixed Errors when viewing threads created by guests through RSS feeds

The following two errors are generated when viewing threads created by guests.

• ErrorException: Template error: [E_WARNING] Attempt to read property "user_group_id" on null
• src/addons/XFA/CustomUsernameIcons/XF/Template/Templater.php:388

• ErrorException: Template error: [E_WARNING] Attempt to read property "secondary_group_ids" on null
• src/addons/XFA/CustomUsernameIcons/XF/Template/Templater.php:387
