Suggestion Exclude this group in filters

If user group Exclude from filters then does this user group used Registered user group from filters?

If we Exclude any user group from filters then the user are not showing from any user group filter?

Group exclude from filters and Group exclude from map are not same options
Group exclude from filters options only disable group in usergroup filter list
