Bug Not a bug Fontawesome icon list is inexhaustive

Hello,

I just purchased this add-on to replace the Themehouse User Improvements add-on.
It's great that you have a fontawesome icon picker, but it doesn't have all the font awesome icons that the included Xenforo license gives us access to (currently version 5.14.0 ).
This would be alright if the picker let you just type the name of the fontawesome class we're using (like "fad fa-typewriter" to get this icon: https://origin.fontawesome.com/icons/typewriter?style=duotone ), but even if you edit the text field it doesn't save.

Please fix this bug at your earliest convenience
 
Yes, updating the picker would be great - or even just allowing us to type the font awesome icon class into the text field. (I've found a workaround for now, where I edit the hidden value field to be the correct class.)
 
Hey there - just wondering what sort of timeline you anticipate for this? (I imagine you're still working on making other add-ons 2.2 compatible!)
 
Oh sorry I just checked, I was wrong.

I have the last version of the picker.
It was never updated to more than FA 5.5.0.
 
Would just letting us put the class we want in the field be a viable solution, then? Or will you be investigating a new picker?
 
Nothing avoids you from inputing your own class in the field.

There is no other picker solution available.

Actually, the current version of the add-on uses a hidden input field to record the font-awesome class and simply editing the text field does not apply a change. (I currently need to inspect element and manually edit the hidden input to select different icons.)
 
Ah right that's fairly possible.
Then no that's not possible, It would need editing the js code which is not something I envision.

I could edit the js to add the icons but I don't have a list of icons differences between 5.5.0 and current.
 
Hi,

I found out a way to get the data updated.
I will release a new version of the Core which supports the new set of icons up to FA 5.10.1.
