Support force sales let open a thread even by minimum price is not reached

When I use "force sales" and set a minimum price, I'd expect to see that the thread cannot be opened (refused with error message) if the minimum price is not reached.
But I get an openend thread without sale.
As I implement a pure sales forum, i just want to be ensured that every thread there is a sales thread only.

Can this be changed somehow?

On xF1, the sales creation are processed afterwards.
I would have to do some post deletion.

I guess that might be corrected yes.
