Support Resolved Guests not shown?

Hi there,

We recently migrated from another forum to Xenforo, and we're using Who Read This Thread 1.5.0.
Problem is that generally on our previous forum, the guests were much higher than members. And it only makes sense.
For example, a thread could show:

Who's viewing this thread: 30 members and 90 guests.

However, with the Who Read This Thread addon, the guests are always 0. We tested this by opening another browser and opening a thread, and the guest member count continued to be 0.

We also think that Membest's count is not actually correct. It seems to be much lower than our previous forum.

How are those numbers exactly calculated?

Hi,

For Guests is based on XF default behavior, so i will check this.

Concerning your older stats for who has read block, they can't be taken into account because this addon use his own table and your previous stats can't be used (unless if you know SQL and if you import them by yourself)
