Suggestion Refused Manual confirmation

how can I confirm a order manually if the confirmation via payment gateway fails ?

I don't think you can do that, if I remember correctly I only implemented this on the manual payments.

But I have the issue that sometimes the Blockchain confirmation take to long time.
And after it is confirmed than the client purchase doesn’t appear on Marketplace to the client account

Is it because the purchase is auto pruned ?

Did you check if the corresponding payments appear validated in the xf payment log ?

Otherwise it would mean the payment method processors is bugged.

Anyways the feature you requested could be implemented.

Basically I think it would be fine if manual confirmation feature is available. just in case if it’s required

For me, if my understanding of the feature is correct, that is already possible through the "Validate" menu item on an order.
If you do early enough before it gets auto-pruned.
