Bug Fixed Media gallery Top10 blocks not linked properly

The both Media gallery Top10 blocks in the sidebar are not properly linked.
The categories do all link to /media/categories instead of media/categories/categorie-name.123, the Top10 contributors do all link to /media/users instead of /members/username.123
