Suggestion More Permissions for different functions

I would like to suggest to add more permissions to the members map use to support "premium" accounts by making different permissions for features like

• "Can Filter by View"
• "Can Filter by Group"
• "Can see Distance"
• "Can view Countries/Regions/Sub-Regions"

Therefore we can give premium (paying) users more features and reduce them for basic users.
