Suggestion Refused Multiple For Sale Items

I know the quantity for the purchase in thread is suggested, and that implementation for it hasn't been decided on.

My particular suggestion? Allow up to 3-5 listings in one sales thread. Example, if someone wants more than 1 item for sale in a sales thread, an add item button could expand a second entry form for more items for sale in the thread. And how the purchasing could work, is that a drop down menu in the current location could be added, to allow picking of which item the person wants to purchase. That, or have multiple purchase buttons with each item title assigned to it.

I don't quite understand the use case.
Why not making multiple threads if you are trying to sell multiple items ?

Sorry for the late reply, planned on replying and got busy.

Well, in the case that I am thinking of, it would be similar to running a package option list. Like as an example of having multiple renewal options for a digital license, or if someone is selling upgrade options to an online service, like reviewing someones site or running a site maintenance service. Some things would be easier to list together in one thread with all options available to be paid right there, so that both the customer and seller doesn't have to go digging to find the appropriate information for each item that is being sold, that would normally be grouped together as options in a package.

The intent was to make this a kind of simple classified solution, what you suggest would be quite more complicated IMO.

You are the first one to request that, unless I see some interest from other people this is not something I would envision.
