Support No data showing after installation

Hi,
I recently installed your map add-on and followed the instructions in the FAQ. My site has over 2,000 registered users and members are required to provide a location on registration. I've set all my permissions to "Allow". I've run the cron. But all I get is an empty map and no stats. What am I doing wrong?

I've also just noticed that the location field no longer appears on member cards or profiles when the add-on is enabled.

Your users need to allow show their location in privacy section

But this is set to ON by default in the options. All existing users have this box checked by default.
