Bug Fixed Notifications do not carry over on recurrence

The notifications on the contest do not carry over when created with recurrence.

For the original contest I got notified for each entry, this does not happen on the next one created by recurrence.

Recurrence don't add watching contest apparently
I will look this

Fixed in my dev version
The problem is recurrence doesn't take user_id of owner of contest
So i will make an option to change contest owner (you will can add owner for contest was open with recurrence)
