Problem with Who Read Content

"1.3.1 Patch Level" is the version displayed for this addon. When I hover over it a warning pops up. I do seem to be able to change any values in the options for it.

The database table xfa_wrt shows 13 million entries and does not use the default collation for the table.

We upgrade to WRC from WRT and our forums make good use of the feature. I am trying to limit the number of entries by setting the period to about a year i.e. 8760 hrs.

We are trying to get our system together for 2.3.10 and we have a problem who read content.

The database table has thousands of entries with the userid 0. These cause the addon to generate large numbers of system errors.

The problem seems to be related to our albums not having an associated user ID, i,e, if the content type is xfmg_... there are lots of zeros from the original conversion from vB4.

I could change those to 1 but it might be better if zero mapped to unknown.

How can I disable parts of this addon? I have thousands of bad media items that do not have an associated user. The value of the user id is 0 which causes the system to generate an error. I am trying to change the user to a new user created for the purpose but this takes a very long time because the addon continually generates new entries as it continues to scan the content.

My new "user" vB4 Resources is being substituted for the entries in the database table with uid=0.

I cannot see any option to omit some of the content types.

I have been exploring further and found that a user id of 0 is rather common in the database. At first glance it appears that spam killing involves setting the user id to 0 for content that has been "removed."

It seems that anytime a piece of content is associated with a user id of 0, the content should be ignored.

We really have a significant need for Who Read Thread in our community. It will be a hardship to have to lose it if this cannot be fixed.

I searched the tables on our site for posts, threads, albums, categories and media. All of those have numerous entries with user_id =0.
The query that builds the table of users should be ignoring the entry whenever the user_id of 0 is found.
