Hello, I had a quick question before getting this, but if I were to use the font awesome icons setting, they would have a no new reply color to them? Like on this site the icons are blue with a new reply and gray when there isn't a new reply to the board section.

You can set the icon, and hence the color, for both read and unread icons yes.
