I just try it now and i don't see any issue.
For image you have check if you have in in your server (in this path styles/xfa/lrva/attachment_thumbnail.png) ?
Maybe you should reinstall addon and retry ?

If after reinstall it doesn't work please bump me here

seems problem with windows system, will check it on my linux.

seems some Proble with more than 1 attachment,

Example:

1 x jpg
2 x zip

shows me 3 Times the attachment_thumbnail.png



After Like, seems ok



but on remove like and change into Addon Seeting , Disable Hide attachments thumbnail




get this result



Hide is gone, but need to push like to download attachment

Excluded extensions also dont work, you need to push like to download/view the .jpg



i personal think its better you hide the whole attachment block

Ok i have try with only 1 attachment. Will try with more.

I have upload 3 files: 2 pdf and 1 png
