Support Bug Set forum infos in cover disabled still grey bar

Hi, just purchased EC and after fiddling with the options and permissions I got it working

One problem, I turned of the "set forum infos in cover" but the grey bar is still showing up, which is quite annoying.

We are using UI.X Quark, but the default theme has the same problem. How can I fix this.



Another little request, can you add an option to show the "Manage Cover" drop down only on hovering over the cover or is there a CSS option to change this behavior. Having this option always visible is not so perfect.
