Bug Terms and Condition Error

Hello,

Many users report encountering an error when purchasing the product in the cart.
Oops! We ran into some problems.
You must accept the Terms and Conditions

I uploaded two screenshots of the same product. The issue is that the product's terms and conditions are displayed when a user buys directly, but an error occurs when they try to buy using a cart.

The Terms and Conditions are not displayed in the cart.

Has the seller set a T&C for all its articles ?

This seller has 4 products 2 of them has T&C and other 2 don't have T&C

The checkbox does not appear.

You should warn your users that they must have all T&C set on all resources.
