Bug Fixed The vote counter shows 0 when hide vote enabled

The counter shows 0 when hide vote enabled. It should maybe not show anything?

I will probably turn of the hide vote again to see if it encourages voting..
 
I have correct this in my dev version
I have see an issue about this. When contest is close, vote still show 0 instead of real vote counter.
I have fix this issue
