Support Resolved Tournaments & Rosters, 'how-to' guide for dummies

Yeah, look I've been trying to figure out how to use these add-ons for a while now on & off, and I guess I'm too dumb or something coz I just haven't been able to make any reasonable sense of them and the set-up seems quite unintuitive.

Though I also suspect they aren't actually working correctly on my forum either, but I really wouldn't know if they are or not anyway.

I've searched this site(*Xen-Factory) and haven't found any kind of basic instruction manual or 'how-to' guide for using either addon so I'm not sure what to do other than disgard them.

Note: I'm not having a go at ya, just thought I'd let ya know.

Basically the whole thing doesn't make sense to me, or the other admins, or members.

I went through setting up everything I could find in the ACP related to both 'Tournaments' & 'Rosters', including integrating them and even set-up a club, as well as attempting to set up a test tournament...but from that point I've absolutely no clue what I'm supposed to be doing aye.

There just seemed to be nothing overtly apparent to me regarding how to proceed any further.

Though I simply wouldn't know if I'd set anything up correctly or if something else isn't working properly.

Obviously heaps of others have figured out how to use these add-ons but I'm guessing they probably already knew a bit about them beforehand maybe, I dunno.

Only one of our members seemed interested but he complained he simply couldn't do anything. (*likely coz I've probably failed to set it up correctly.)

No big deal though, I mean, I'm not pissed or nothin'.

At this stage I just can't be bothered with the hassle aye.

All I want to do now is resolve whatever is causing the uninstall issues and finish uninstallation.
 
Maybe you had not set usergroup permissions.

Once you have all set up and categories created you are able to create tournaments on the front end.
