Hi,

My name is Dimitri, and I am the administrator and owner of Focusclub.nl.
In the past, we used Marketplace 3.9.2 on XenForo 1.5. Due to security and compatibility reasons, we recently upgraded our forum to the latest version of XenForo, and I would like to use Marketplace again.
However, I can no longer find my original invoice or any purchase information that would allow me to prove that I am upgrading an existing license rather than purchasing a new one.

Could you please let me know how I can upgrade to the current version without paying the full $60 purchase price? I understand that the upgrade price should be $30 for existing customers.

I have attached a screenshot from the XenForo add-on page showing that Marketplace 3.9.2 was previously installed on our forum.

When XF2 was release, as everything needed a rewrite, we had a policy that offered the 50% discount for something like a year but we don't do that anymore.

I can do a commercial gesture and offer you 25% discount.

The only thing missing is the license itself. My account still says “No license”, so I was wondering if something still needs to be activated on your side.
