Support Bug Usergroup Permission for "Accept this payment means" doesn't work

Hi,

i think the "Accept this payment means" permission under Usergroup doesn't work.



Regardless of the selection under permissions, this is displayed in the user dashboard, it should be also inactive or hidden here also

The accept other payment mean is a function activated by the admin.
The user can't accept or not except in the resource when creating/editing.

I thought wrong i think. Does this tick here mean that the seller accept (in my case) Coinbase Commerce ?

If the payment is made between seller and buyer outside of the payment gateway, how should you as an admin track whether the payment has actually been made or not ?

Only admin could is if admin has rights to see all sales and then you would see it from the dashboard if the seller change the state of the sale to payment received.

But isn't it better for admin to decide if this is allowed or not.
At least as an admin you should be able to offer this to the seller as an option.
