Suggestion Refused Users can take agreement

Hello @MtoR :
i want to give you a suggestion:
- Users involved to match can take agreement through simple message/chat.
You can make a simple chat to match or used a specific module menaged to Admin or Moderator , so your add-on can make a thread where first post report a basic information about match and generic notes ( same to all matches) insert to Admin or Moderator.
Admin or Moderator can close a match and automatically closed thread between users involved to match.

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

I am not sure I understand.
You would like the ability for a thread to be created for each match ?
Closed by admin or moderator ?

Yes, to some specific tournament i need that my users involved to match can take agreements.
I and my Staff can create each thread to each matches , otherwise where is the advantage to use this type of add-on? (rhetorical question)

Closed by admin or moderator ?

Yes, when opponents report same final result automatically your add-on closed a specific thread of match.

Well the add-on already is able to create a thread for the tournament itself.
The issue with having a single thread per match is that matches are not stored in a single database table but inside the tournament itself so that complicates things a bit.

Moreover, how would one access to the thread from the tournament ?
If your answer is through something added to the match, it's not possible, I am using js frameworks that are not that easily customizable.

Yes this is a problem.
You can take this suggestion to implement your add-on and will use a database table dedicated to matches.
Where you save information about tournament structure? have you dedicated a database table to generic information about tournament?
