Support Resolved XML Options Tab Install

I tried locating any threads and the manual on the Extended Cover folder XML Options Tab. I don't understand what they do and how I am supposed to install them. I upgraded to 4.2.7 so I could fix the AMS issue, but I didn't move the folder for the Options Tab.

Do I install them one by one like any other addon? What are their functions? If this is already outlined then I apologize for not finding the info. I have never added these because there isn't an explanation about what they are and why I need them.
 
Thanks for the answer. I honestly had no idea since there isn't a readme.txt or in the description of the Extended Covers addon. I will remove that folder from my server.
