Support Resolved Your Sales Always Shows Not yet received by buyer

I can not find any way to change "Not yet received by buyer" to show received by buyer.

I have entered tracking numbers in PayPal in hopes that the status would update once delivered but that did not result in any change.

Is there a way to update this?

Additionally is there any way to change the sort order to show recent sales first and or clear out older sales?

The change is manual.
You need to edit the sale in the thread (menu item).

Wrt your second question.
That's not implemented but you can request a new feature.
