Bug Fixed Hide team info when Roster isn't active

It's just confusing having the "team" options on the create page, when you don't have the Roster addon installed. Option to hide these fields if you don't have it installed?

You shouldn't have them unless you activate the roster compatiblity in admincp, unless I am mistaken ?

I see them, and I don't have roster compability checked in ACP.
