Does anyone know how to rename resources tab on site to shop! i followed methods but couldn't figure out how
becuase in edit navigation: resources its in grey and want let me edit

You went into admincp Public navigation page ?
I can edit on my side but I have debug mode activated, not sure it's needed though.

If you can't edit you need to activate debug mode and do the edit.
Look into the xF help site to find out how to activate the debug mode.
