Support No Answer Problems when buying a resource on my forum

Hi all,

I recently updated my forums to xenForo 2 and updated XFA Marketplace with it. Everything is fine except I can't purchase resources using the built-in profile XF and get an error when using the custom PayPal option.

When using the built-in payment processing I get a permission error when clicking buy. And when using the custom PayPal option, after payment I get "Please enter a value for the required field 'name'.". The payment processed and took money from the account, but it hasn't actually processed the purchase on the forums themselves.

Please advise on how to resolve these issues.

Hi,

That's very strange, I would have to investigate on your forum.

Do you have an admin account/ftp account you could share per PM ?
