This bug will be fixed in the next version
The contract is automatically reset to "not yet" because the automatic actions are done via cron job.
This makes it possible to change the dates and durations in the middle of the contest

- Contest status must be "Open for votes" or "Open for submissions and votes"
- If you use permissions for each contest, you need have vote permission for current contest
