I made it so users cannot have several clubs, but it still shows the Join option, which then sends notification to the owner and when owner tries to accept, it will say the user is already in a club. The bug is that its allowing a user to still send join request, even though they are in a club and the permission does not permit them to be in multiple clubs.

Yes. I am owner of a club and it shows me "Join Clan" button, even though the setting of having multiple clubs is set to neutral (grey) . Clicking it sends a join request to that club owner also
